Store Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to
help.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their
    original packaging.
  • No exceptions will be made for items missing tags, showing signs of wear, or
    returned outside the return window.


How to Return:

  • Online Orders: Email carrymyownweightbrand@gmail.com with your order
    number. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions
    within 24 hours. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be
    accepted.
  • In-Store Purchases/Returns: Bring your item and proof of purchase to our store
    within 30 days. Returns will be inspected on-site before approval.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • For a different size or style, please return your original item (online or in-store)
    and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email (or in
    person if in-store).
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for online refunds to appear on
    your account.
  • In-store refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days,
    depending on your bank.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order when it arrives.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately
    at carrymyownweightbrand@gmail.com or bring it to the store so we can
    make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, accessories, undergarments, and promotional items
    cannot be returned or refunded.
